FS8 is low-impact and high energy – and we want you to leave every class feeling uplifted, inspired and stronger than ever. We know group fitness classes can be intimidating, but our workouts are run by knowledgeable trainers and designed for all fitness levels so you feel at ease from the moment you step through the door.
So, what can you expect from a class at FS8 Cairns Northern Beaches? You can start by choosing from our four class types: Original, Blast, Remix or Restore. In these group workouts, you’ll use a blend of equipment including the pilates reformer machine, dumbbells, pilates rings and chi balls, as well as mat exercises. The result? Full-body toning and strengthening.
