Avani Vaghela, Trainer

Hi, I’m Avani! I’m originally from Northern California and spent a few years in Utah before landing in central PA. I started my Pilates and yoga journey about five years ago and found a real passion for movement, mindfulness, and overall wellness. My background in healthcare has only deepened my commitment to helping others feel their best—physically and mentally. I aim to bring positive energy and encouragement to every class, creating a supportive space where members can challenge themselves, build confidence, and have fun along the way. Outside the studio, you’ll find me outdoors, trying new coffee shops, swimming, or hanging out with my boyfriend and friends. I’m so excited to be part of the FS8 community—helping people reach their goals and making new friends in the process!

Brooke Byron, Trainer

Hi everyone! My name is Brooke Byron, and I’m excited to join the team as a coach at FS8. I graduated from Messiah University with a degree in Applied Health Science and have spent my career working in a variety of wellness-focused roles, including personal training, chiropractic care, women’s health, and management for a national fitness brand. Through each experience, my passion has remained the same: helping people improve their health and quality of life through movement. Exercise has always been an important part of my own life; not only for physical health, but because it helps me feel energized, focused, and at my best each day. I’m passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where people can build strength, confidence, and connection through movement, and I’m excited to support and coach you on your fitness journey at FS8.

Courtney Cassel, Studio Manager

“Fitness has been such an important part of my life, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. My journey in the fitness industry started through group fitness, where I quickly fell in love with the energy, motivation, and sense of community that comes from helping people feel stronger and more confident. I have gained so many friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Over the years, I’ve built a background in both fitness and studio management, leading teams, creating memorable member experiences, and helping the studio grow through connection, positivity, and strong leadership. Outside of the studio, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, staying active, exploring local spots, and finding balance through music, wellness, and new experiences. I’m incredibly excited to be part of bringing this FS8 studio to the community and creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired every time they walk through the doors. I’m looking forward to bringing my passion for community, member experience, and team culture to the studio while helping create a space people genuinely love being a part of.”

Gina Silbaugh, Trainer

Hi, I’m Gina, and I’m so excited to be joining the FS8 team! Outside of the studio, I work in marketing within the finance industry. As someone balancing a full-time career, planning my wedding this August, and spending time with my fiancé and our dog, I understand how important it is to find a fitness routine that fits into everyday life. I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness, especially strength training and running. Fitness has been an important part of my own journey, and it’s taught me the value of consistency, balance, and setting realistic goals. My goal as a coach is to support you through your own unique fitness journey, help you build sustainable habits, and empower you to feel stronger and more confident both inside and outside the studio. I can’t wait to meet you in class and be a part of your journey!

Hyacinthe Roth, Trainer

Hi! My name is Hyacinthe, and I’m so excited to be joining the FS8 team! Movement has always been a big part of my life. Competitive cheerleading was my first passion, and through my experience as both an athlete and coach, I discovered a love for instructing and helping others grow. By creating a safe and welcoming environment, I had the opportunity to help young athletes build strength, flexibility, endurance, and mental resilience—not only as individuals, but as part of something bigger than themselves. I’ve recently retired my coaching hat and found a new home in group fitness. Whether it’s cycling, boxing, yoga, or Pilates, I love the energy, challenge, and sense of community that movement creates. I’m excited for this next chapter with FS8 and look forward to helping build a space where people can work hard, support one another, and find joy in movement together.

Nick Brill, Trainer

Nick’s fitness journey started with a love for indoor cycling and has grown into certifications in mat Pilates and TRX. He got his start in high school, while also taking classes at local studios. Over time, that passion expanded, and so did his drive to connect with others and support them on their fitness journeys. Nick’s coaching style can be described in three words: firey, sweaty & uplifting! In Nick’s classes, you can expect good vibes, a strong connection through movement, and a real sense of community. He wants every person who walks through the door to feel like they belong, feel seen, and feel proud of what their body can do, whether it’s day 1 or day 100. Nick encourages members to grow through discomfort while learning to understand their bodies, reminding them that small steps can have a big impact on their journey. No matter your fitness level, Nick’s focus is on building trust and guiding you through every workout. He’s committed to offering progressions and regressions so everyone feels capable and to helping shift the mindset so you can see what your body is truly able to do.
