Abby Innes, Studio Manager

Abby is the Studio Manager at FS8 Appleby, bringing a Bachelor of Arts in Mental Health and Addiction, as well as experience in the fitness industry. Known for her compassionate, welcoming, and knowledgeable approach, Abby is passionate about mindfulness, wellness, and creating a supportive community where members feel empowered to reach their goals and enjoy every step of their fitness journey.

Brooke Lee, Trainer

Jade Abbott-Mcleod, Trainer

Jade is a trainer at FS8 Appleby with a lifelong passion for movement. Growing up as a competitive dancer, she developed strong body awareness and a deep appreciation for intentional movement. Now a Registered Nurse, Jade brings a holistic perspective to every class she teaches. She loves how Pilates allows members to move with control, strength, and purpose while supporting overall health and well-being.

Jillian Hopkinson, Trainer

Margaret Pereira, Trainer

Margaret is a trainer at FS8 Appleby who believes deeply that movement is medicine. Her commitment to health and fitness has been a defining part of her career, shaped by her dual expertise as both a fitness and healthcare professional. Through Pilates, Margaret invites members to experience the remarkable blend of strength and grace while building the stamina, stability, and confidence needed to move well through every stage of life. Her goal is to empower each person to cultivate lasting wellness through purposeful, mindful movement.

Mikaela Riley, Head Trainer

Mikaela is the Head Trainer at FS8 Appleby, leading the team with a passion for helping members move better, feel stronger, and crush their goals. Currently studying osteopathy, she brings a deeper understanding of the body’s structure and function into every class she teaches. With a background in kinesiology and a yoga certification, Mikaela blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement to create balanced, effective workouts. Her approach is all about supporting long-term progress, both in and out of the studio, so you can feel your best every day.
