Elyssa Farrugia, Trainer

With a background in gymnastics and a passion for movement, Elyssa discovered Pilates after an injury and was instantly drawn to it’s empowering, restorative approach. Now Reformer qualified and currently studying Mat and Barre, she uses Pilates as her escape—a space to recharge both mentally and physically. Elyssa loves sharing this joy with others and aims to bring positivity, motivation, and you can expect Elyssa to help you reach your potential in every session.

Nadeen Hunt, Owner

Nadeen is our studio owner, with passion for helping people feel amazing to achieve their goals and keep working towards being the best version of themselves every day. FS8 came to life, understanding how important Pilates is, especially after having 3 children, it has become the key element to bringing the community together, to build strength and mobility, and stay connected.

Pariss Brookes, Trainer

Pariss has a love for all things health, healing, and mindful movement. She is passionate about creating a supportive space where people feel empowered to move in a way that works for their body and meets them exactly where they’re at. Her yoga journey began in 2019, and since then she has deepened her practice through certifications in Vinyasa yoga and Reiki. Pariss uses Reiki in her classes, offering a gentle, holistic approach that supports both physical movement and energetic healing. Yoga has been a grounding and transformative part of her own life, and she finds so much joy in sharing that with others. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced in your practice, you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and nurtured in Pariss’ classes.

Sarah Dane, Trainer

Sarah has a love for all things health and wellness! She is passionate about empowering people to move in a way that works for them and their body. Her love for Pilates started over 10 years ago doing Pilates Matwork in New Zealand. When she moved from New Zealand to Australia and discovered reformer Pilates, she fell in love with it. From there she completed her certification in Matwork and reformer Pilates with Breathe education and recently completed a course on movement principles and alignment. Pilates has helped Sarah manage and overcome her own health challenges over the years, she finds so much joy in helping others do the same. No matter where you are at with your movement journey, you will feel welcome in Sarah’s class.

Sarah Yuksel, Trainer

With close to 10 years in the fitness industry, Sarah brings a strong foundation in movement, strength, and a personalised training approach. Over the years, she has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them build confidence, refine technique, and feel stronger in their bodies. About four years ago, Sarah fell in love with Reformer Pilates, which completely transformed the way she approaches training. Where she now shares the benefits of Pilates with others, supporting clients through every stage of their journey, from beginners to more advanced movers. She loves blending Pilates with strength-based training in both her own routine and her classes, creating sessions that are dynamic, supportive, and results-driven. Outside the studio, Sarah is a busy mum of four who loves connecting with people, spending time outdoors & soaking up beach days with her family.
