Bella Sansone, Owner, Studio Manager

Bella Sansone, owner of FS8 Rock Hill, is passionate about creating a fitness space that feels motivating, welcoming, and empowering for every body. With a certification in reformer Pilates, meditation guidance, wellness coaching, personal training, and founding Bella Vita Wellness, she brings a balanced approach to movement that focuses on strength, confidence, and overall well-being. Her love for fitness started through sports and evolved into a deeper passion for helping others feel strong both physically and mentally. Through Bella Vita Wellness, Bella began sharing her passions through a personal lens. Holistic health, mindful movement, and meditation are all important parts of her journey toward opening FS8. After discovering FS8, she was drawn to its unique blend of Pilates, tone, and yoga — a workout that challenges the body while still feeling intentional and supportive. Bella is excited to bring FS8 to St. Louis and create a community where members of all fitness levels feel encouraged and inspired to show up for themselves.

Elizabeth Spitzfaden, Trainer

Betty has always had a deep connection to movement, athletics, and wellness, but becoming a mother deepened her appreciation for the importance of strength training, Pilates, and movement in everyday life. Nearly a decade ago, she discovered Pilates, which completely transformed her perspective on fitness. She fell in love with its mindful intensity, graceful challenge, and ability to strengthen both body and mind. For the past five years, Betty has shared her passion for movement through teaching group fitness, personal training, and Pilates. She holds certifications in Group Fitness Instruction and Personal Training through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), as well as a Pilates certification through Balanced Body. Betty is passionate about creating an encouraging and welcoming environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered. Whether someone is brand new to fitness or looking to deepen their practice, her goal is to help every client find joy, strength, confidence, and connection through movement. She believes mindful movement is for everyone and is committed to helping clients achieve their personal best every step of the way. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cheering them on at their sporting events, and traveling together to make lasting memories.

Noor Almoaiber, Trainer

Noor is passionate about movement, wellness, and helping people feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. Fitness has always been a huge part of her life, and becoming a Pilates instructor felt like a natural extension of that passion. She loves creating a space where people can move with intention, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels empowering and sustainable. Her goal is to help you feel your best—both physically and mentally—whether that means getting stronger, improving mobility, building confidence, or simply taking time for yourself. She believes a strong, healthy lifestyle looks different for everyone and is passionate about supporting each person’s individual journey. When she isn’t in the studio, Noor is behind the chair as a hairstylist, helping her clients feel confident inside and out. She is excited to share her love for movement with others and help you feel uplifted, energized, and at home in your body every time you step into class.

Phoebe Carlson, Trainer

Phoebe is a St. Louis native who found her way back home after heading off to college, and she’s been helping people move, sweat, and feel stronger ever since! With 7 years of full-time experience in the fitness industry, she’s taught countless group fitness classes, worked as a personal trainer, and managed boutique fitness studios along the way. After retiring from her high school sport, Phoebe fell in love with group fitness for the community, energy, and team atmosphere it brought back into her life. It helped her build strength and confidence, and creating that same experience for others is what drives her every day. Phoebe discovered Pilates through her own practice a few years ago and was instantly hooked. She earned her comprehensive Pilates certification and has been teaching both group and private Pilates ever since. Her goal? To challenge you, encourage you, and help you surprise yourself. Expect to work hard, have fun, and step outside your comfort zone, because that’s where the good stuff happens!

Sabrina Cockerham, Head Trainer

Sabrina is a devoted leader, fitness professional, and nonprofit advocate dedicated to empowering others to step into their highest potential. With 3.5 years of experience as a Pilates, cycling, and group fitness instructor, she is committed to helping people grow stronger, both physically and mentally, on and off the mat. Sabrina is also a 5-season veteran NHL cheerleader for the St. Louis Blues, serving as Captain for two seasons while fostering leadership, teamwork, and community engagement. In addition to her work in fitness and professional sports, she has spent the past 6 years serving as the Development and Communications Director for a 501(c)(3), where she combines her heart for people, service, and meaningful impact to uplift the communities she serves. Whether leading in the studio, on the ice, or in the nonprofit space, Sabrina strives to inspire others to live with confidence, purpose, and authenticity.

Taylor Roty, Trainer

Taylor is a driven, energetic, and deeply passionate professional who thrives on empowering others to reach their highest potential. As a new St. Louis resident, she is incredibly enthusiastic about building local community and welcoming new faces into her classes. Having grown up immersed in athletics, Taylor’s lifelong dedication to health, fitness, and holistic wellness is rooted in experience. By day, she channels her strategic mindset into enterprise tech consulting—a role where she serves as a collaborative, coachable, and steadfast partner to her clients. Whether she is navigating the corporate landscape or guiding you through a workout, Taylor’s mission remains the same: to meet you exactly where you are on your journey, provide unwavering support, and help you thrive.
