Alexis Gutierrez, Trainer

Meet Alexis: Working out has always been about showing up for myself—building a strong body and an even stronger mind. I fell in love with how Pilates made me feel, especially the focus on those small, often-overlooked muscles that play such a big role in how we move. FS8 Parker Road Centennial has been the perfect fit: it challenges me every single time, and it’s given me a community I genuinely love being part of. Coaching Style; I come into every class with an open mind and a focus on meeting clients exactly where they’re at. I’m a visual learner myself, so I make sure to demo each move so you can see exactly what I’m cueing, not just hear it. My goal is simple: every client leaves feeling proud of themselves and grateful for what their body just did for them. Outside the Studio: Outside of teaching, you’ll find me spoiling my dog, spending time with family, and traveling every chance I get. I also love a good night out—dinner, a great playlist, and any excuse to hit the dance floor with friends.

Bailey Goodwin, Trainer

Meet Bailey: As a former athlete, fitness has always been part of who I am. What drew me to Pilates—and to FS8 Parker Road Centennial specifically—is how slowed-down, low-impact movement can challenge absolutely anyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. There’s something powerful about proving that intensity isn’t the only path to results. Coaching Style: My coaching is form-driven, through and through. I focus on the mind-to-muscle connection and moving with real intention in every rep. I meet you exactly where you’re at on any given day, and you can always count on me for hands-on adjustments and form corrections to help you move better and get more out of every class. Outside the Studio: Family, friends, and football—not necessarily in that order! I’m an avid sports fan through and through. This September, my husband and I are welcoming our first baby, and I couldn’t be more excited to step into this new chapter of life.

Elizabeth Onuigbo, Trainer

Meet Liz: I was first drawn to Pilates to improve my flexibility, build core strength, and support everyday movement and mobility. But it was discovering FS8 Parker Road Centennial that truly deepened my passion. I love how FS8 weaves the 8 pillars—resistance, cardio, posture, mental health, balance, flexibility, coordination, and mobility—into every single class, creating a workout that’s as intentional as it is well-rounded. Every class style challenges your body in a new way, but what really sets FS8 apart is the community—the kind of supportive, uplifting environment where it genuinely feels like we’re all building healthier, stronger lives together. Coaching Style: Encouraging, technical, and fun—that’s what you’ll get in my classes. I’m all about creating a positive space where you feel challenged, empowered, and confident. Expect upbeat music, intentional cueing, and plenty of encouragement to help you move safely and effectively, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro. My goal? You leave every class feeling stronger, accomplished, and like the best version of yourself. Outside the Studio: I’m a true fitness enthusiast at heart—you’ll find me hiking, weight lifting, or training for my next half marathon or Hyrox race, always chasing a new goal to keep me growing. Weekends are my favorite mix of movement and relaxation: brunch with friends, a trip to the local farmers market, and quality time with the people I love. Faith, family, and fitness are the three things I build my life around, and I try to bring all three into everything I do.

Mariah Stapleton, Trainer

Meet Mariah: The challenge and variety are what first drew me to Pilates. I’ve always loved strength training, but Pilates pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way. What sealed the deal on FS8 Parker Road Centennial specifically was the community—being new to the area, that sense of belonging meant everything, and I found it here. Coaching Style: Motivating and connecting—that’s my style in a nutshell. Music is huge in my own workouts, so you can always count on a killer playlist in my classes. My goal is simple: everyone leaves stronger, more confident, and having genuinely had fun getting there. Outside the Studio: Outside of teaching, I love to sweat! Strength training, hiking, cycle class—if it gets my heart rate up, I’m in. When I’m not working out, you’ll find me baking, reading, dancing, or outside with my pups soaking up some fresh air.

Shawnee Covington, Head Trainer

Meet Shawnee: Core control. Spinal stability. Balance. Coordination. These aren’t just buzzwords to me—they’re the foundation my whole approach to fitness is built on, and the older I get, the more I realize how essential they are for everyone, not just athletes. FS8 Parker Road Centennial nails this balance perfectly: honoring true Pilates principles while layering in strength work and just enough intensity to keep things interesting. No two classes here are ever the same, and every single one leaves you better than you walked in. Coaching Style: I believe everyone who walks through the doors at Parker Road Centennial has a little more in them than they realize—and I love helping members find it. Form and technique come first, always, paired with real body awareness and intentional movement. My classes are built to be supportive, fun, and a little spicy. You’ll sweat, you’ll smile, and you’ll leave feeling stronger and more confident than when you arrived. Outside the Studio: Off the clock, I’m outside. Hiking, trail running, gardening, fishing, paddle boarding—if it gets me outdoors with my family, I’m in. My ideal weekend starts early and ends somewhere in the mountains, chasing whatever adventure comes next. But when the weekend’s over, I’m always excited to bring that same energy back to my Parker Road Centennial members.

Stephanie Monge, Trainer

Meet Steph: Pilates transformed my entire relationship with movement—teaching me to move from a place of appreciation instead of punishment. What drew me to FS8 Parker Road Centennial was how it brings together strength, Pilates, and functional movement in a way that feels empowering, inclusive, and genuinely fun. Coaching Style: Motivational, intentional, empowering—that’s what you can expect from every class with me. Come ready to be challenged and to feel great energy, all while I remind you, again and again, to move from a place of appreciation, not punishment, and to celebrate what your body is capable of. Outside the Studio: Outside of teaching, I love hosting community wellness events through my business, IMBODYMNT, creating content, and hunting down new coffee shops around town. My ideal weekend is all about movement, good food, and quality time with family and friends.

Susie Rose, Trainer

Meet Susie: I came to Pilates looking for something different—a way to build strength that wasn’t just another high-intensity workout. I wanted a stronger core, better balance, and a smarter way to move. What keeps me at FS8 Parker Road Centennial is the programming: it’s built to hit every muscle group through a genuinely wide variety of workouts, so nothing ever gets stale, and every class here feels like a new challenge. Coaching Style: Friendly, compassionate, and encouraging—that’s who I am in the studio. I love pushing our Parker Road Centennial members to do hard things, but I also know how to meet people where they are when hard is, well, hard. And I’ll never ask a member to do something I’m not willing to do myself. Outside the Studio: My free time is all about my husband and kids. I love watching—and traveling to—every game, match, and tournament for the sports my kids love. Beyond that, you’ll find me chasing the outdoors and any excuse to travel somewhere new. When I’m not on the road, you’ll find me right here at Parker Road Centennial, cheering members on the same way I cheer for my own kids.

Trish Kelly, Studio Manager

Meet Trish: I lead with integrity—if you believe in something, stand by it. I work hard, I have fun, and I lead my team with support, respect, and a lot of laughter. At FS8 Parker Road Centennial, that means creating a studio where every single person who walks in feels included and like they belong. We’re not just selling memberships here—we’re building a community. What’s a moment or milestone at FS8 you’re most proud of? Honestly, there are too many to count—but watching our events and special classes sell out never gets old. Seeing members laugh, connect, and truly enjoy their time together is proof we’ve built something bigger than a studio. We’ve built a family. One standout? Our Pilates & Pucks event. Before FS8, I worked for the hockey team, so getting to bring those two worlds together was a true full-circle moment for me. Watching members create memories that go beyond the studio walls—that’s exactly what FS8 is all about. What do you hope every member feels when they walk through the doors of FS8? Seen. Welcomed. Included. Like they truly belong. No matter where someone is in their fitness journey, I want them to know there’s a place for them here at Parker Road Centennial. My goal is for every member to leave feeling stronger—not just in their body, but because they’re part of a community that genuinely cares.
