What are FS8 OG classes?

On a search for effective full body workout classes? Reap the benefits of reformer pilates, resistance-based strength training, and yoga with FS8 OG. This workout supports overall health and fitness by stimulating all major muscle groups, using free weights and reformer spring tensions alongside pilates exercises to encourage muscular contraction and increase endurance.

A yoga flow warm up is followed by a fifty-fifty split of reformer and mat pilates movements, then a return to yoga for the cooldown. FS8 OG is suitable for all fitness levels, led by expert trainers who can modify each exercise for individual needs.

What are FS8 Blast classes?

In terms of how to balance strength and cardio training, FS8 Blast has the best of both worlds. This full body toning workout gets your heart rate going with a mix of pilates exercises and a series of strength building exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance. Short blasts of pilates movements are designed to engage and tone abdominal, back, hip, and leg muscles.

Meanwhile, strength building comes from work with dumbbells, pilates rings, and the chi ball. This high energy, low impact workout will leave you feeling invigorated and motivated.

What are FS8 Remix classes?

FS8 Remix is a high energy, fast paced, full body conditioning workout that combines traditional reformer pilates exercises with mat work and strength training. So, what is strength and conditioning training?

This kind of workout uses a variety of exercises designed to improve athletic performance. With a focus on core stabilisation, proper alignment, and breath control, this dynamic FS8 fitness class tones and strengthens the entire body. Beyond supporting endurance and muscle growth, FS8 Remix can improve balance, increase flexibility and can be modified for all fitness levels.
