As the owner of FS8 Monument, this studio represents a full‑circle moment for me. I started my career as a teacher, where I learned the power of community, connection, and helping people grow. I then moved into the world of corporate sales, navigating high‑pressure environments, fast‑paced targets, and the demands that come with building performance and resilience. What I saw both in education and in corporate life is how much people thrive when they feel supported, energised, and part of something positive. Opening FS8 Monument was my opportunity to bring all of that together: the structure of teaching, the drive of corporate culture, and the joy of movement and wellbeing. I’m genuinely excited to open our doors to the corporate community across the City. FS8 is built for people who want to train hard, move well, and feel strong — even with busy careers and demanding schedules. Whether it’s individuals looking to reset before or after work, or companies investing in their teams, my goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, empowered, and able to show up as the best version of themselves. This isn’t just a studio to me – it’s a new chapter, a commitment to wellbeing, and a place I hope becomes a home for all the corporate go‑getters who need an hour of balance in their day.
