WELCOME TO THE FS8 STRENGTH PROGRAM

The FS8 Strength Program is a 30-day personalized challenge focused on driving strength progression, consistency, and member engagement. This attendance-based program lets you set unique, personal goals that enhance your FS8 practice and carry over into everyday life.
 
The next strength program runs March 23 – April 21 2026.
 

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMMING

As part of the 30-Day Strength Program, our world-class athletics team has designed exclusive, targeted workouts available only during this program. Across four weeks, you’ll focus on strong foundations before increasing challenge through greater range of motion, slower tempo, and more precision.

You’ll start by building stability and confidence, then progress toward smoother, stronger, full-body execution. Throughout this program, expect a clear progression centered around core strength and improved spinal control.

The result is you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more in control.

 

IN- APP FEATURES

The FS8 Score uses data from Apple Health app-integration, in-studio attendance and self- assessments in order to give you a holistic snapshot of how you are keeping active, balanced and recovered week on week.

By linking your Apple Health to the FS8 app, you’ll be able to see how balancing a range of FS8 workouts, prioritizing recovery, and more, impacts your overall progress and highlighting week-on-week trends to help you dial in to the things that matter to you throughout the duration of the 30-Day Strength Program.

 

CLEAR PROGRESSION

Throughout this program, expect a clear progression centered around core strength and improved spinal control.

You will see repeated emphasis on:

  • Deep abdominal engagement and pelvic stability

  • Hamstring and glute strength through hip extension patterns

  • Slow, controlled spinal articulatio

  • Balanced development of the spinal muscles

The goal is to build strength, control, and confidence gradually.

ATTENDANCE TRACKING & PERSONAL GOAL-SETTING

Through in-studio attendance tracking and personal goal-setting, you’ll work with your FS8 studio team and world-class trainers to define what success looks like for you and track your progress! This program is designed to help every member set clear, personal goals—whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, increasing confidence, or connecting with community. With guidance from your studio team and trainers, your journey is intentional, structured, and tailored to what matters most to.
