Carly Lumsden, Trainer

Carly grew up fueled by the competitive spirit of high-level soccer and later fell in love with boxing, strength training, and Pilates. Her approach mixes discipline with play, power with ease, and always a little sweat with a lot of joy. She’s here to help you surprise yourself, move with intention, and have fun while you get stronger from the inside out.

Emily Dyrland, Trainer

Emily is a reformer-trained fitness instructor whose love of movement started at an early age. From team sports to dance and then group fitness classes, she continues to evolve in her practice. Emily is a strong believer in challenging her clients to find joy and consistency in movement.

Jayden Carson, Trainer

Jayden is a passionate instructor with over four years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional movement, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the body to every class. Known for her energetic and encouraging teaching style, Jayden creates an uplifting environment that motivates clients to push past limits and build confidence in their movement!

Julia Derkat, Trainer

Julia’s a dental hygienist by day and Pilates powerhouse by night. Keeping smiles clean and cores burning. She loves a good pulse or hold (even if you don’t) and somehow finds a way to make you laugh mid–workout. Big sports girl energy, she’s probably tried every sport, but Pilates is where she found her happy place.

Melanie Spring, Trainer

Working in the medical field, Mel brings a deep understanding of anatomy, wellness and preventative care into every class she teaches. As a trainer she blends her clinical knowledge with passion for movement helping the aging adult build strength, balance and confidence. Her philosophy: Knowledge is power, fitness can be fun and working as a group is super inspiring for staying disciplined. Above all, Mel reminds her clients, don’t take yourself too seriously; just keep moving and enjoy the process.

Morgan Johnston, Head Trainer

Morgan grew up in an active home surrounded by sports and movement, which led to a career in fitness and five years working in sports medicine. She loves teaching FS8 for its blend of strength training and Pilates in a way that builds functional movement for everyday life. Expect a fun, energetic vibe with plenty of anatomy-based cues (and the occasional bad joke). Outside the studio, she’s a horse lover who dreams of having her own one day, an overly competitive board game player, and can often be found admiring vintage trucks—especially a good ’60s Dodge Power Wagon, or a sleek GTR.
