Alison Challis, Trainer, Head Trainer

I’ve been teaching Barre and high-energy fitness classes for over 8 years, and I absolutely love creating a space where movement meets motivation. For me, it’s about more than just the workout — it’s about connection, confidence, and leaving class feeling stronger than when you walked in. Whether we’re sharing a laugh, vibing to the playlist, or pushing through a burn together, I’m here every second of it.

Christina Vadlja, Trainer

Movement has always been a passion of mine—from yoga and Pilates to strength training and coaching competitive cheerleading. After earning my Health Sciences degree, I completed four years of osteopathy school to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, deepening my understanding of how the body functions as a whole. At FS8, I now get to bring it all together—helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies both in the clinic and on the mat.

I owned my own studio for eight years and now work in health promotion at LHSC, supporting staff wellness—something that’s deepened my belief in the connection between physical activity and mental well-being.

I’m a certified holistic health coach and marathon runner with a big passion for helping people feel good in their bodies. Movement has played a huge role in my life… not just physically, but mentally, and I love using it as a tool to support my overall well-being. I believe healthy living is so much more than just fitness, and I’m all about creating an inclusive space where every BODY feels supported, strong, and capable, no matter where you’re starting from.
