Originally a dancer, Emma brings the perfect mix of rhythm, energy, and strength to every class. With a background in personal training and experience teaching group fitness at F45, she eventually fell in love with the Reformer, and we’re so glad she’s joined us on this side! Emma’s love languages? Coffee, the colour lilac 💜 and making you feel like an absolute pro on the Reformer.

Originally from Albuquerque, NM 🌵, she’s been in the UK for a decade.
