Georgie fell in love with Pilates and the Reformer growing up in Sydney, drawn to the strength, flow and body awareness the practice brings. After calling London home for the past ten years, she’s embraced the city’s fast pace and vibrant energy — balancing it with adventures around Europe, always on the lookout for new wellness trends and mindful practices. Seeking a more balanced pace of life and a deeper connection to the body, Georgie undertook both her Mat and Reformer Pilates training in London to help others move with greater awareness and confidence. Her classes are high-energy and empowering — expect to move, sweat, and feel stronger with every session.
