FS8 Strength Reset is a 30-day, personalized program designed to strengthen both your physical and mental limits. Strength Reset is a holistic program, allowing you to set unique, personalized goals that not only enhance your FS8 practice but also improve your everyday life.

HOW IT WORKS

Through in-studio attendance tracking and goal-setting, you’ll work with your FS8 team to define success and set milestones for the next 30 days. You can also check in with yourself weekly via the FS8 app, reflecting on your progress and adjusting your goals as needed. We’ll be there to support you every step of the way, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Strength Reset begins on April 28th. Check in with your studio team for more details!

4 WEEK OVERVIEW

WEEK 1: STARTING STRONG

During your first week, you’ll begin working towards your goals and incorporating them into your daily routine. Expect your FS8 team to check in both before and after class to help monitor your progress. You’ll log your activities and experiences in the app, helping you track your goals and reflect on your successes or challenges.

WEEK 2: GAINING MOMENTUM

As you move into your second week of Strength Reset, consistency is key! You’ll continue to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your goals. Your weekly check-in will help you stay accountable, and you’ll have access to your FS8 team for continued support. Be sure to use the app to document your efforts and reflect on your journey so far.

WEEK 3: PUSHING LIMITS

By your third week, you might be feeling stronger and more confident in your progress! During this week’s check-in, you’ll evaluate your performance and decide if any tweaks are needed to keep you on track. Continue tracking your goals in the app, and make sure you capture detailed notes on how well you’re adhering to your plan.

WEEK 4: FINISHING STRONG

It’s your final week! You’ll focus on pushing through to complete your goals and reflect on your progress. During your last check-in, you’ll want to assess the overall program journey, noting any areas of success and areas for growth. Your FS8 team will provide final guidance and feedback to ensure you finish the program strong, and your weekly app notes will serve as a valuable record of your experience and growth.
