Charlotte Gardner, Trainer

Charlotte (or Charly around the studio) is a Level 3 Mat Pilates and Reformer Instructor with a passion for helping clients move with strength, awareness and confidence. Before entering the world of Pilates, Charlotte spent 3 years at Dance School in Chester before moving to London to train for another year at the London School of Musical Theatre.

Holly Johnstone-Wood, Trainer

Holly is a dancer at heart. Trained in jazz and musical theatre, she made her change into the fitness industry 3 years ago. Specialising in training women Holly first started off with Personal Training and now spends most of her time with FS8 and Pilates. Favourite exercise – side lying teaser
