Ben Dalton, Trainer

Ben delivers the fun but also brings with him an incredible level of experience, having worked in the fitness industry for over 11 years in various roles (personal training, corporate health, group fitness & pilates). Ben holds a bachelor of exercise & sports science (Hons) where he mastered in sports performance and exercise rehabilitation, so you know you’re in very capable hands! Whilst he takes his classes very seriously, there is always time for a laugh!

Rachel Dalton, Studio Manager

From the first time you enquire to your first session at FS8, Rach will be your support and guidance! With a background as a registered nurse which then transformed into a career in the fitness industry, Rach has a wealth of knowledge in many areas. A big believer in progress over perfection, she will empower you to reach your goals through every class!

Shanai brings the energy to all of her sessions, empowering you to get the best out of yourself in every class. Shanai is passionate about everything she does and brings with her a very holistic approach to wellness. With her many years of experience and training in PT, reformer & mat Pilates, pre & post natal pilates and nutrition coaching just to name a few!
