Alison Challis, Trainer, Head Trainer, Membership Advisor, Studio Manager

I’ve been teaching high-energy fitness classes for almost 10 years, and I absolutely love creating a space where movement meets motivation. For me, it’s about more than just the workout — it’s about connection, confidence, and leaving class feeling stronger than when you walked in. Whether we’re sharing a laugh, vibing to the playlist, or pushing through a burn together, I’m here every second of it. I’m so excited to support you in your fitness journey!

Aysan Tabrizi, Trainer

From competitive swimming to rowing, 14 years of athletics shaped my love for movement and taught me that it’s not just about the destination but the journey along the way. That mindset led me to pursue my Bachelor of science in Kinesiology. I bring that same energy into my work as both a Pilates instructor and trainer at F45 where I’m passionate about helping people discover their inner strength and confidence. I place strong emphasis on proper movement patterns and learning to move efficiently, so you can build strength the right way and feel confident in every exercise. My approach is focused on challenging and supporting members to grow both physically and mentally in an empowering environment. Whether you’re new to pilates or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Camille Santos, Trainer

Hi, I’m Camille! I’m a Pilates certified instructor. When I’m not in a studio, I am a full-time high school teacher, and a proud dog-mom. My goal is to engage clients through tempo-driven sessions that challenge them to discover that rhythm is just as important as form when training. I aim to draw from my diverse background in dance, athletics, health, and pedagogy to help clients find balance between form, pace, and control – all while working toward their personal wellness goals and, of course, having fun along the way. So excited to be a part of the FS8 family. Can’t wait to move with ya!

Christina Vadlja, Trainer

Movement has always been a passion of mine—from yoga and Pilates to strength training and coaching competitive cheerleading. After earning my Health Sciences degree, I completed four years of osteopathy school to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, deepening my understanding of how the body functions as a whole. At FS8, I now get to bring it all together—helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies both in the clinic and on the mat.

Emily Starratt, Trainer

Emily has been teaching mat Pilates for over 10 years, and was a trained dancer from a young age. She fell in love with pilates because of the flow and strength. She loves FS8 classes because they combine all things pilates and have you feeling amazing when you leave classes. Emily focuses on creating a positive space for you to move your body’s in any way you need, and hopes you leave class feeling a little more connected to yourself. In her classes you will hear her talk about your mind and body connection while building strength through the exercises. Expect a mix of genres for music, Emily loves all kinds of music and you will see she brings that into her classes!

Giuliana Sorrentino, Trainer

Giuliana has an extensive dance background in various styles, beginning training at the age of three, competitively dancing since she was seven, and becoming a dance teacher. In 2025, Giuliana founded Revive Dance Project, a competitive dance team for students at Western University. Giuliana is finishing her fourth year at Western, graduating in the class of 2026 with an Honours Specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences (Health Sciences). Being passionate about exercise and wellness, Giuliana is excited to contribute to the fun, warm, and inclusive atmosphere at FS8 Hyde Park, and she is eager to share her passion and love for FS8 with others!

Katarina Milinkovic, Trainer

Hi, I’m Katarina! Group fitness changed my life and I love both taking and teaching classes. There is nothing quite like moving as a group and finding your people and community through a shared love for movement! I know how vulnerable it can be to try something new, and as a coach I’m here to help you build confidence in our space, a confidence that carries into every part of your life. I’m passionate about creating playlists that keep us motivated, energized, and ready to take on every challenge FS8 throws our way. Outside the studio, I teach elementary school, read whenever I can, and never miss a reality dating show. I can’t wait to see you on the reformer!

Rebecca Reaume, Trainer

I grew up as a competitive dancer, finding many ways to move my body from a very young age. After graduating from university, I found group fitness and fell in love with the energy and community it creates. That is what inspired me to become a Personal Trainer and begin this amazing journey! FS8 allows me to bring all of my passions into one room – movement, coaching, and helping others to feel their best. I truly believe that movement is medicine!

Romina Ticco, Trainer

I’ve spent the past 20+ years immersed in the world of dance, fitness, and wellness. With a background in ballet, ballroom, and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, I’ve seen how powerful intentional movement can be for both the body and mind. I owned my own studio for eight years and now work in health promotion at LHSC, supporting staff wellness—something that’s deepened my belief in the connection between physical activity and mental well-being.
