FS8 Condell Park is your one-stop shop for burn without the boredom. We call it hybrid fitness with attitude! Choose from any of our four core class types (Original, Blast, Remix or Restore) to build full body fitness guided by our unique functional strength approach. Our exercises combine the best of pilates, tone and yoga for a group workout that ticks all the boxes – mobility, balance, strength and mindfulness.

The FS8 Athletics team purposefully curate each workout to make sure you’re getting the most out of the time you put in. With no minutes wasted, you’ll walk out of our FS8 Condell Park studio feeling centred, supported and strong. You can expect a new challenge every time, using a mix of mat and reformer pilates, and strength training with dumbells, pilates rings, chi balls and other equipment.

WHY FS8
Such a beautiful space and I felt so welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked in! The staff were amazing from the minute I arrived and so great throughout the session, they assisted me all the way through and were very knowledgeable. I also loved the workout having the combination of pilates reformer, mat Pilates and those deep yoga poses- there is nothing else like it! I think this would be suitable for all fitness levels and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to that deep burn or tone and stretch with low impact

Firstly, I saw improvements within my body in as little as 1 week. I could stretch and move my body better, sleeping better and could achieve a push-up by the end of the week with more upper body strength.
