WILBUR VALE

After transforming his completely sedentary lifestyle into a passion for running, Wilbur hit a frustrating plateau where he just couldn’t get any faster. He turned to FS8 to build strength in neglected areas, resulting in tremendous gains in his power, efficiency, and marathon personal bests. “By coming to FS8… I’m able to work on those tiny muscles that allow me to become a better runner,” proving that focusing on the fundamentals can elevate your entire fitness journey.

PAMELA UCHEBO

After a successful track and field career at the University of Texas, Pamela found a new way to prioritize her long-term health and movement at FS8. Empowered by the studio’s clear visual instructions and a deeply supportive community, she focuses on taking care of her body for the years ahead. “Not only for my presence self also for my future self… i want to be able to be strong for my future family,” viewing her fitness journey as an act of lifelong perseverance.

KASSIDY COOK

A two-time silver medal–winning Olympian, Kassidy spent years defining strength as pushing through at all costs. Now an FS8 trainer and member, she’s redefined it entirely. “My definition of strength has changed so much… it truly has been reimagined in my own brain.” Her story proves strength isn’t just physical; it’s mental, balanced, and supported by her FS8 community.

JULIE MIRLISS

As a therapist who advocates for body acceptance, Julie realized her high-intensity workout routines were increasing her stress and negatively impacting her nervous system. While navigating difficult life transitions, she turned to the welcoming community at FS8 to reconnect her mind and body through intentional, slow movements. “Embracing yourself exactly where you are is the strongest you can be.”
