☀️ Summer Woodward, Head Trainer, Owner

Summer is a dedicated fitness professional who is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and healthy habits. Her background in group fitness includes HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, and strength training, allowing her to provide well-rounded, high-energy workouts that support all fitness levels. Summer is committed to creating a supportive environment where members feel safe, welcomed, and truly apart of a community while being motivated and empowered to reach their goals.

Addysen Andrews, Trainer, Membership Advisor

Here’s a more concise version that still captures her background and personality: Addy is a sophomore at Texas A&M University majoring in Sports Management. Originally from Allen, she developed a passion for fitness through years of competitive cheerleading. As a first-year FS8 trainer, she’s excited to help members achieve their fitness goals while continuing to grow her knowledge of health, wellness, and movement. When she’s not in the studio or at school, Addy enjoys staying active and exploring new fitness opportunities.

Bryan Woodward, Owner

Bryan is a proud U.S. Army veteran with more than 29 years of military service and a 100% disabled veteran who understands firsthand the physical demands military service can place on the body. After years of deployments and service-related injuries, Bryan realized he needed more than traditional “pumping iron” workouts — he needed functional movement that improved balance, mobility, posture, and core strength while supporting long-term recovery. Passionate about “prehab before rehab,” Bryan is committed to helping others build strength through functional fitness that supports everyday life and long-term wellness.

Erica Pilgrim, Trainer

Fitness has completely transformed Erica’s life, and she is passionate about helping others discover what their bodies are capable of. As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she loves creating challenging, empowering workouts that build strength, confidence, and resilience. You’ll find her coaching with energy, encouragement, and plenty of motivation to help you leave feeling stronger than when you walked in. When Erica is not teaching or in the gym, she prioritizes self-care and recovery, spending quality time with her family and their dog, Rosy.

Juliane Cardoso Matthews, Trainer, Membership Advisor

Juliane brings a strong passion for movement, wellness, and people to her role as a Senior Member Support Specialist and Trainer at FS8 South McKinney. Since beginning her yoga teaching journey in 2019, she has been dedicated to helping others build strength, confidence, mobility, and a deeper connection to themselves through mindful movement. Juliane is passionate about creating a welcoming studio experience where every member feels seen, supported, and motivated. She is excited to help build the FS8 South McKinney community and inspire members to feel stronger, healthier, and more connected both in and out of the studio.

Lara Pitek, Trainer, Studio Manager

With a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger, Lara brings a well-rounded background in fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation to FS8 South McKinney. Lara’s experience spans being a certified personal trainer to Pilates instructor to a certified nutrition coach, among others; her latest experience was as a personal trainer in a physical therapy setting as well as supporting women through life changes.Her knowledge provides a deep understanding of movement mechanics, injury prevention and functional fitness. As Studio Manager, Lara is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive community where every member feels empowered to reach their goals.

Priscilla Ramirez, Trainer

Priscilla is a first-year FS8 trainer who is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and control in every class. Outside of the studio, she works as a Speech-Language Pathologist, specializing in the adult and geriatric populations, where she enjoys empowering others to reach their goals and improve their quality of life. When she’s not teaching or working with patients, Priscilla enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and making memories with her fiancé as they plan their upcoming wedding. She is excited to meet new clients, grow alongside this amazing community, and create a welcoming, encouraging environment for everyone who walks through the studio doors.
