SPECIALIZED PROGRAMMING

As part of the 30-Day Strength Reboot, our world-class athletics team has designed exclusive, targeted workouts available only during this program. Across four weeks, you’ll revisit key exercises and progressively work toward the harder spring option. This structure gives you a clear path to build strength, improve control, and track progress week over week. 

  • Multiple Spring Options
    • Every core exercise during the 30-Day Strength Reboot offers a range of spring setups; from more accessible to more advanced, so you can choose the right challenge level while still following the program’s progression.
  • Spring Load ≠ Always Heavier 
    • A lighter spring doesn’t always mean easier. Sometimes it requires more control, core activation, and range of motion. Other times, a heavier spring builds resistance and power. The challenge lies in the intention behind the spring choice, not just the weight!

With our “choose your own adventure” attendance model, you’re in control of how you want to push yourself over the next 30 days. Pick the spring that best matches your goals and commitment level; whether you’re looking for steady progress or ready to turn up the intensity.

  • Blue Spring: 3 classes/week

With your personalized program, you’ll learn how to fine-tune your spring load to match your goals. Think of it as more than just resistance; it’s an opportunity to explore how different loads impact your form, muscle engagement, and overall progression. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this approach helps you build strength while gaining a better understanding of how your body responds to resistance.

Through in-studio attendance tracking and personal goal-setting, you’ll work with your FS8 studio team and world-class trainers to define what success looks like for you and track your progress! The FS8 app supports your journey with in-app food and nutrition guides to help supplement your workouts and maximize your results.
